Yellow Brown Teeth

You may think that your teeth are supposed to be pearly white, but actually they come in an assortment of colors, and not just because you do not brush them. Tooth enemal is translucent, so our teeth take on the color of the Dentin, a hard yellow substance, inside them. the color of our teeth can tell us a lot about what goes on inside our bodies. In addition, tooth enamel can become stained from whatever we put in our mouths.


If you are older and notice that your teeth are yellowing or becoming darker, it may be an unpleasant sign of aging. At any age it may be a telltale sign that you are a smoker or a heavy coffee, tea, or cola drinker.
